Fortune 1000 producer of B2B brand-name products seeks North American Marketing Manager to create communication strategies for North/Latin America and activate global strategies in the region. Division of well-established, market-leading firm with long history. Position is part of Global Marcom team and reports to the head of global marketing.

New CEO has established a marketing focus; global marcom team seen as strategic leaders. Team goes beyond traditional B2B methods and brings a B2C/CPG perspective to their strategies.

Qualifications:
10 years of progressive marketing experience and B.A. required; MBA a plus. Must have marcom experience in CPG or B2C firm; combo of B2B and B2C acceptable. Need expertise in trade show marketing and social media. Staff and agency management experience necessary. Candidates with independent work style will thrive in this culture, where there is no micromanagement. Superb written and oral communications required.

Responsibilities:
Apply global marcom strategies to the North American market. Prioritize needs and manage regional budget. Modernize and optimize touchpoints, including social media messaging. Work with counterparts in Europe and Asia. Travel internationally a few times per year, participate in international calls frequently.

Division of time:
Manage department, including hiring team of graphic designers, trade show managers, copywriter, project manager and emarketers – 15%
Develop North American strategy and ensure alignment with global strategy – 20%
Enforce global brand and create implementation guidelines. Launch new products, involving advertising, emarketing, social networking and media, and trade shows. – 20%
Measure effectiveness of programs, seek cost-savings – 15%
Manage budgets; select and manage outside agencies – 20%
Other projects as needed – 10%

On-site Maintenance Person - Milwaukee, WI

Job Description:

Property management firm seeking experienced maintenance person for full time on-site position at an apartment complex in downtown Milwaukee. This higher end complex is a large 106 unit building with 1 and 2 bedroom apartment units. Must have basic tools, general maintenance knowledge, and be very self motivated. This position includes salary plus apartment unit.

Responsibilities:

- Turnover of vacated apartments
- Snow removal
- Yard work
- Reports directly to Maintenance Supervisor
- General maintenance of apartment building and Units


Qualifications:

- Must be detail oriented with the ability to focus with moderate interruptions in a fast pace environment.
- 2+ years experience in related field preferred, but willing to train the right person.

Transportation / Logistics Manager - Hartland, WI

Job Description:

Typical duties/responsibilities for supply management and transportation may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage International Transportation and Logistics processes necessary to support US region international business requirements. Major focus on attaining cost effective project execution for the Waste Water Segment.
  • Responsible for Managing the Transportation and Logistics function as part of the supply chain management organization.
  • Other duties include major, highly complex domestic and/or international projects, and for ensuring compliance with Aquatech’s established quality standards and business requirements.
  • Serve as consultant and advisor to senior managers and customers regarding technical studies and their implications.
  • Lead, coordinate and participate in planning, scheduling and related supply management and transportation activities involving projects of major importance to Aquatech.
  • Participate with managers in determining resource requirements and ensuring their effective utilization.
  • Identify potential supplier, vendor and transportation sources and coordinate associated analyses in order to effectively respond to requirements.
  • Negotiate agreements to obtain favorable terms and conditions, and coordinate the design and Implementation of programs to recognize and encourage optimum performance.
  • Review controversial, complex matters and initiate actions to achieve resolution.
  • Anticipate problems and direct the development of measures to prevent or reduce their impact, improve the organization's performance as it relates to transportation and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Control or coordinate project budgets and provide support to other groups involved in transportation activities.
  • Promote and initiate measures to improve customer satisfaction and the organization's operations by such means as introduction of latest strategies and technologies.
  • Coordinate activities and provide technical assistance to less experienced staff, as needed.

Qualifications:
Excellent negotiation skills and success in directing vendor selection activities.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability in guiding direct reports to effectively accomplish performance goals.
ERP systems software knowledge (SAP preferred).
Ability to challenge information and a passion to exhaustively uncover robust facts and data which improve insights and the quality of the final decision.
Proven ability to synthesize complex and detailed data and information into meaningful outtakes and decision base information.
Demonstrated expertise of research methods and report preparation.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Transportation, Business, Science, Operations, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
5 or more years of experience within the supply chain, logistics, or transportation field.
2 or more years of SAP, and Retail experience (preferred).
Building products or other flatbed truck product industry experience (preferred)...
