Activities include:
• Prospecting/cold-calling/networking
• Setting appointments
• Conducting needs assessments
• Presenting solutions
• Account management
• Training delivery and facilitation
• Executive coaching w/C-level executives
• Consulting
We need:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Board room presence
• Strong work ethic
• Previous experience in one or more of the following areas: sales, employee training, management, human resources or consulting
• Interest in helping people grow and develop
• Strong desire for personal growth and continuous learning
