We are a small-start-up with a goal to assist our clients with full-time and contract technical needs. We are unique in a way that our team has strong technical back-ground to pre-screen technical candidates, assess their skills in a more meaningful way to achieve 100% success-rate. We are not in the business of just searching and sending resumes to our clients.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter / Sales Person. We are looking for following qualities:
• Excellent phone-communication skills
• Solid skills to network with recruiters, customers and candidates
• Develop leads and create new clients
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated and requires minimal or no-guidance
• Good familiarity with technologies in market-place (namely Java, .NET, ERP, SQL Server, Oracle)
• Honest, hard-working and a good-sense of humor
• Good background on sales and recruitment
