We are seeking a Quality Engineering Manager for a client of ours heavily involved in Precision Machining in Eastern PA. They are looking for someone who can supervise the entire department and be responsible for all aspects of Quality throughout the organization. Other responsibilities will include development of processes and controls, root cause and corrective actions, maintaining ISO certification, developing a supplier quality management system, and managing all continuous improvement programs. Preferred experience includes 3-5 years of Quality Engineering experience, SPC and Quality Control plan experience, and ISO; 6-Sigma and Lean a plus. A BS Degree is required, preferably in Engineering. This Company is offering relocation assistance if needed, and a full benefits package.
