Operations Manager $100k - $115k plus bonus

You will work under the general supervision of the Managing Director and have a dotted line relationship to the Global Practice Leader. You will have complete responsibility for overseeing the following areas:

• Financial Process Improvement
• Spreadsheet Remediation & Control Services
• Account Reconciliation Services
• Cash Flow Optimization
• Policy and Procedure Development
• Business Performance Management
• Data Maintenance
• Internal Administration including Billing and Management of Account Information
• Supervise, guide, and coach staff of analysts and clerks

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree
• 7-10 years related Cash Management Operations experience
• Proven Management experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skill,s both written and verbal
• Team player

Job Description:

Our client in Eastern PA is searching for an experienced CNC Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join its team. Their successful Techs review a blueprint, and can create a program from that blueprint. They envision and develop a detailed manufacturing process, and identify and select the tooling necessary for the job. Once selected, they install the tooling to the machine, run the program, and produce the first five parts. Parts are 1st article inspected back to the print, and the Tech then ensures that the manufacturing process can be replicated for the customer order. Once ready for replication, the Tech trains the Machinists to run the order. The Tech carefully and meticulously documents all the processes and procedures used in the setup of the job. Then the Tech is on to the next assignment and embraces that challenge. These are the qualifications you will need to be considered for this position. Their Techs work on multi-axis lathes, Swiss screw machines, or CNC milling machines. Salary will be based on your abilities, experience, and the shift you would be willing to work. We are seeking a Quality Engineering Manager for a client of ours heavily involved in Precision Machining in Eastern PA. They are looking for someone who can supervise the entire department and be responsible for all aspects of Quality throughout the organization. Other responsibilities will include development of processes and controls, root cause and corrective actions, maintaining ISO certification, developing a supplier quality management system, and managing all continuous improvement programs. Preferred experience includes 3-5 years of Quality Engineering experience, SPC and Quality Control plan experience, and ISO; 6-Sigma and Lean a plus.
