This well-established client with multiple facilities is seeking a Business Unit Director for its largest business unit which is located at their flagship plant. This individual will be responsible for production, engineering, quality, maintenance, customer service, and sales. You will also be responsible for the P&L and continuous improvement programs for this division. A strong manufacturing background (preferably screw machines or CNC machining) and 5+ years of manufacturing management experience is needed. A Bachelors in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or a Business related Degree is preferred. Looking for qualified individuals local to the Chicago, IL area, or will also consider candidates who are willing to relocate themselves. This company offers a competitive benefits package.
