Need Consumer Website Manager to contribute to strategy, define requirements, and direct development of this new product/initiative. Product scheduled to launch in autumn 2009 and has strong support from management.
Forward thinking, achievement-oriented culture with long history of success. Part of consumer team in publications department; 30 people in department, 5 on team. Organization looking to update itself and is expanding with new initiatives and leadership; consumer team has opportunity to lead this change internally. Reports to Managing Director.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred; 6+ years’ online product/site management experience. Must have experience on large, consumer-focused site. Must show examples. Experience building and launching new online product necessary. Candidates should know SEO/SEM; web content portal and social media strategy experience desired. Experience managing outside agency essential. Need deep understanding of customer-centric design and knowledge of design best practices; understand and evaluate user experience. Must have experience managing business objectives and reading performance indicators.
Ideal candidate will have experience setting and achieving marketing strategy for online products/sites, as well as understanding of website design and creation best practices.

Responsibilities:
o Define product requirements and manage conception, development and implementation. Champion best-in-class user experience. Lead project planning and manage details of site launch.
o Develop business requirements and specifications for the site, including overall design, interactive features, functionality and social media tools. Deliver content through interactive applications as well as static content.
o Direct and manage the day-to-day interactive agency relationship; main agency contact. Post-launch, perform ongoing management that is responsive to market demands, user needs and goal attainment.

o Measure and analyze product performance to drive improvement in key metrics. Focus on achieving business and marketing results.

o Lead development and implementation of SEM/SEO strategy.

Need Online Managing Editor to develop editorial voice, implement vision and oversee content for this new effort. Product scheduled to launch in autumn 2009 and has strong support from management.

Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications or related; 6+ years creating, editing and managing web and email content, including significant experience working on a major consumer facing website. Proven track-record in driving effective online content strategies. Experience with web 2.0 content development, including SEO/SEM, social media, and user-generated content desired. Must show examples. Must have experience using content management tool for design and management. Ability to think strategically and at the same time drive multiple simultaneous deadlines and projects. Experience creating editorial calendar and managing freelancers, with excellent freelance contacts highly desired. Successful candidate will have go-getter attitude, be results-driven and comfortable working in collaborative environment. Excellent organizational and communications skills and attention to detail necessary.

Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day editorial strategy and produce top quality content. 50% of time managing freelancers and agency; 50% creating editorial calendar, managing trends, content management system, etc.
• Responsible for day-to-day management of content for the new site, including:
o Updating the live site
o Creating, directing and managing the editorial and content calendar for the website and email
o Assigning and editing stories, managing freelancers and content providers
• Brainstorm, commission, and purchase articles and multimedia content for the website. Oversee substantial budget. Enforce the editorial tone and content standards; ensure that content aligns with the brand personality and attributes.
• Build and manage a network of content sources, content partners, freelance writers, editors and producers. Own the workflow between in-house and freelance writer/contributors, agency personnel, project managers, site developers, etc.
• Work closely with the Managing Director, digital agency and product manager on strategic planning, growth and development of content for the online channel.
• Analyze site statistics and community feedback to drive continuous improvement, maximize user engagement and site traffic.
• Develop and monitor user generated content and community content / participation standards.
• Follow industry trends as well as general trends regarding website usability and site optimization.

Our client in Eastern PA is searching for an experienced CNC Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join its team. Their successful Techs review a blueprint, and can create a program from that blueprint. They envision and develop a detailed manufacturing process, and identify and select the tooling necessary for the job. Once selected, they install the tooling to the machine, run the program, and produce the first five parts. Parts are 1st article inspected back to the print, and the Tech then ensures that the manufacturing process can be replicated for the customer order. Once ready for replication, the Tech trains the Machinists to run the order. The Tech carefully and meticulously documents all the processes and procedures used in the setup of the job. Then the Tech is on to the next assignment and embraces that challenge. These are the qualifications you will need to be considered for this position. Their Techs work on multi-axis lathes, Swiss screw machines, or CNC milling machines. Salary will be based on your abilities, experience, and the shift you would be willing to work.
