Large International Cold Heading organization is seeking a Plant Manager for a new facility they have recently acquired. They are seeking someone with a strong background in Cold Heading and management. Responsibilities will include P&L, Human Resources, production, engineering, tooling, purchasing, quality, estimation, customer service, implementation of Lean manufacturing principles, and the establishment of performance related goals. In this capacity you will oversee approximately 30 employees within their facilities.
