Manager of Testing Services - Bridgeville, PA

Job Description:
Lead and manage DDI’s Testing Services Group, function responsible for implementing and providing exceptional support for DDI’s testing solutions and E3 implementations while ensuring strict adherence to quality assurance guidelines.
Develop and implement standardized delivery processes including technology advancements, scheduling and resource allocation, and communications.
Support business demands related to global testing and E3 survey administration by refining processes, flexing/cross-training resources, and scheduling.
Develop breadth and depth of team members’ capabilities across a spectrum of products and services.
Conduct test validation and related analyses; coach team members and Consulting Services partners on analytic techniques.
Partner with Consulting Services to provide advice on measurement, validation, and legal issues.
Ensure various group responsibilities and initiatives are coordinated and completed to quality and timeline specifications.
Work with R&D partners to specify new capabilities and to coordinate resources on common projects.
Work with SSG partners to define and execute strategy regarding the testing market space.
--- RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS ---
Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Psychometrics, Educational Measurement, or related discipline.
Knowledge of Internet-based HR and testing systems (knowledge of DDI tests and the Web-Test system preferred).
Knowledge and application of legal considerations for employment testing and adverse impact evaluation procedures.
Proficiency in configuring and analyzing data via SPSS or similar tools.
Knowledge and application of Lean and/or Six Sigma principles preferred.
