This large ISO 9000 Certified manufacturing company runs parts for the Aerospace, Medical, Telecommunications, Valve, Pump, Connector, Retail, Small Arms and Sensor industries, just to name a few, and is seeking a Quality Manager who has experience in a high volume job shop environment. They are heavily involved in the screw machine, Swiss CNC screw machine, and CNC machining industries. Qualified individuals must have knowledge and experience with PPAPs, FMEAs, SPC, and Six Sigma techniques. Responsibilities for this position will include supervision of quality personnel, providing shop floor support, and gauging and inspection of first parts, as well as preparing all necessary documentation required for this ISO-9000 Certified facility. A strong knowledge of all quality instruments, ISO standards, and FDA procedures is a great plus! An ASQE Certified individual is preferred, but candidates who have some formal quality training will also be considered.
