Job Description:
Live-aboard a classic tallship in the waters of Puget Sound and Washington state. Oversee all aspects of food ordering/preparation/cooking of vegetarian fare for ship of 37 crew/participants. Work among a community of dedication and joyfull environmental educators/sailors with the motto that "many hands make for light work". Work with crew, youth and adult participants to create wholesome meals on overnight trips in a positive manner and idependently on day trips. Creatively supply the ship from local markets and wholesale suppliers. Terms run from 3 to 5 mths at $1.000/mth (room/bd incl.) beginning March 10, 2008. Applications taken until position filled.
