Leading provider of predictive analytics software and services seeks Sr. Mk Manager to support global field staff operations. 200 global staff in field sales. More than 250,000 commercial, academic, and public sector customers rely on software, an industry standard.

Background:
Thorough understanding of use of telemarketing, online and offline media, direct response and event marketing. Proven ability to plan and execute third party and multi-partner events.
- 6-8 years’ experience in marketing role, 3-6 years’ Field Marketing experience in B2B, software experience desired
- CRM or market research industry background preferred.
- Excellent planning and program management skills.
- Ability to lead virtual team members in program team environment.
- Flexibility to assist team where needed and a “whatever it takes to get the job done attitude”.
- An understanding of the needs of the sales force.
- Attention to detail, execution and follow-through.
- Excellent professional and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment a MUST.
- Ability to prepare and deliver major presentations cross-functionally and to senior management within the organization.
- Strong analytical skillset a MUST. Must be able to formulate analysis plans and gather, analyze, summarize and present large quantities of performance data.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement demand creation programs that drive sales pipeline growth and revenue for product lines and professional services. Reach C-level execs with events, seminars, trade shows, webcasts, etc. 75% of time: project management, 25% hands on.
Identify prospects and grow prospect database, provide executive education, and support target account selling activities. Close co-ordination with sales, account team, and field marketing. 70% supporting market research industry and CPG clients, 30% broader commercial business.

Report to N. America Commercial Field Marketing Director and support Commercial Field Sales Team. Dynamic four-person team works at a fast pace in a constantly developing and changing environment. Work with sales and alliance partners on suspect identification and lead-qualification efforts to facilitate sales success.

Build go-to-market plans following defined strategic plans. Lead implementation of programs. Manage entire process of campaign design and execution, working with creative services, database marketing, and events.

Capture, measure and analyze relevant data evaluate program effectiveness and ROI. Continually develop and test additional marketing and partner channels. 25% travel.
