We are searching for an experienced CNC Shop Manager, CNC Shop Superintendent for our client in Central GA. Qualified Candidates must have previous shop management experience coupled with a CNC machining background, and preferably have a Degree. This position requires an individual with heavy personnel and technical skills, as you will be responsible for keeping shop personnel happy and working productively. You will be responsible for coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Production Control, and Human Resources. Your duties will also include scheduling production and solving technical problems with the machines. Training employees will also be a very important aspect of this position.
