Job Description:
Provide administrative support to Managers and Senior Consultants
Manage front desk reception, including greeting clients and visitors; mail and package management; and routing phone calls, etc.
Scheduling internally/externally for client project tasks/meetings
Material production and assembly for client deliveries
Support of presentation (PowerPoint) development
Provide client continuity and support in absences of Managers and Senior Consultants
Interface with other departments/districts
File maintenance (electronic and paper-based)
Screen phone calls and route messages
Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements
Maintain and manager calendars for Managers and Senior Consultants
Complete expense reports for Managers and Senior consultants
Process accounts payable
Provide support on client invoicing and office financial processes as requested
Special projects as needed
Participate as member of administrative team in Detroit to identify, solve problems, and search for ways to improve services or processes
Order and stock office supplies as needed
RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS
Prior administrative experience
Proficiency in word processing and Microsoft Office (Office 2000 strongly preferred) including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
Excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills
Strong interpersonal skills (face-to-face and phone)
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks/priorities independently
Exhibit high initiative and energy; sense of urgency
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong client service orientation (internal and external)
