We are seeking Technical Product Support Specialists to join our customer service team in Waterloo, Iowa. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a service capacity with expertise in one of the following areas:
Electrical * Motors * Pumps * HVAC
Fluid Power * Lighting
You will use your extensive hands-on technical knowledge to handle calls from our customers in the areas of pre-sales selection, post-sales support, application and troubleshooting.
