We are currently seeking a Sales Team Leader to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to assist the branch sales team in exceeding customer needs by providing expertise on sales, quality, systems and service issues.
The Sales Team Leader is directly involved in day to day branch operations and will provide consistent direction to the sales team ensuring sales and service excellence. In this position you will implement key sales and marketing initiatives and be responsible for effective use of branch merchandising programs. You will also be responsible for the continued leadership, coaching and development of team members while always providing World Class Customer Service.
Position Requirements Requirements include the following:
• Must have 3+ years of proven sales and leadership experience.
• Must have 2+ years of management experience for a team of 3 or more employees.
• Experienced in leading employee orientation, training and team development initiatives through coaching and development.
• Experience facilitating communication between management and sales team through team meetings and other verbal/written communications.
• Ability to develop and communicate job assignments, duties and work schedules to team.
• Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage change.
• Experience with store displays and inventory management.
• Ability to implement marketing and sales initiative to positively impact sales goals.
• Demonstrated experience handling customer & employee concerns.
• HS Diploma or Equivalent, some college preferred.
• Experience motivating, inspiring and achieving results through others.
• Excellent computer skills, MS Office.
• Demonstrated ability to model superior customer service.
