Job Description:
Must have familiarity with Kentucky SCL Medicaid waiver residential and respite services and bachelors degree or GED and equivalent experience in the field of MR/DD. Responsibilities include supervision of contract providers and/or staff; assuring compliance with regulatory requirements; monitor, evaluate, and assess daily needs of consumers; and participate in numerous team meetings.
Ability to travel within surrounding counties of Louisville and willingness to rotate after hours on-call needs are a must.
