Job Description:
This person will oversee and manage the assigned division of the organization according to all standards, guidelines and regulations, in accordance with the mission and philosophy of the organization that supports folks with developmental disabilities. This person will supervise, guide and evaluate staff; develop/monitor short/long term goals for the agency; collaborates/ensures divisions overall financial performance; assure compliance with SCL Waiver program; serve as a liaison to the community and state on behalf of the organization; formulates/reviews policies and procedures; on-call rotation as indicated.
