Customer Service - Professional - Malvern, PA

Job Description:

Interested in a career in the financial services industry? This position requires customer focused, detail oriented professionals with the ability to grasp and apply complex financial information quickly.

Strong problem solving skills and excellent oral and written communication are a must.
Working knowledge of MS Office programs is also required.
Customer service or sales experience is a plus.

The responsibilities of the customer service professional are:
- to learn the financial information during training in order to respond accurately to share holder inquiries regarding their account;
- effectively handle incoming share holder calls focusing on quality not quantity of calls;
- remain abreast of current financial markets information to discuss with share holders.
