Job Description:

Learn the business of a dynamic fast paced private equity firm focused on international real estate development while supporting executive management in growing the business.
• Operate as an accounting manager or equivalent
• Operate as banker for our various entities
• Perform account analysis and management on fund and property accounts
• Initial deal review and proper execution and closing of deals
• Business, financial and industry due diligence
• Detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis
• Compile reports analyzing performance and returns of prior deals
• Monitor monthly company performance (quarterly valuation and situation reports)
• Identify financing opportunities and credit issues
• Participate in international tax planning, foreign tax credit calculations
• Research international aspects of IRS audits
• Ability to grow into structuring and managing projects

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in accounting required
• 3-5 years accounting experience preferred
• Master degree in Business, Economics or Accounting preferred but not required
• High energy individual, extremely excited by a fast-paced, high growth, challenging environment with great exposure
• Entrepreneurial, ambitious, academically oriented
• Project management experience preferred.
• Experience using an automated accounting system, Excel, Powerpoint and Word is required.
• The position requires exceptional analytical, interpersonal, time management, research and communications skills. Excellent organization is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Must speak English fluently, bilingual speakers encouraged.
• Ability to multi-task is required
• Ability to account and provide financial input into 20+ banking accounts required
• Ability to communicate and meet with banking relationship regularly
• Experience as a CPA,CFA or Taxation preferred
• Private equity fund or real estate fund experience preferred
