General Manager / FOH Manager: $38,000 to $70,000, drive sales/revenue; motivate employees and nurture team environment; manage P&L, Labor, Food, Liquor costs; ensure corporate culture and goals are being met; ensure superior customer service.
Assistant / Floor Manager: $35,000 to $50,000, assist in daily operations; liaise between BOH and FOH; expedite; manage FOH staff; ensure superior customer service.
