Regional Director North Eastern Services Lead a dynamic team serving 60+ individuals with disabilities. North Eastern Services (NES), a contractor with the State Utah serving individuals with disabilities, is seeking candidates for the position of Regional Director for our Logan Office. The Regional Director is the terminal management leader in the local area reporting directly to the Executive Director and Company President. This position is responsible for directing all aspects of providing services to 60+ individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings, as such work after normal business hours and on weekends may be required to complete the assigned job responsibilities. The Regional Director is responsible for ensuring that company policy, state rules, and best practices are followed in providing contracted services. The Regional Director has primary responsibility for the supervision of administrative and supervisory staff, and for the delivery of services to consumers in our program. Services include Residential Habilitation programs, Job placement programs, Family Support and Respite programs, and Supported Living Programs. The Regional Director is responsible to ensure that the fiscal health of the local agency is maintained, and that contracted services paid for by the State of Utah are provided according to policy. The Regional Director is responsible to ensure that the Local program retains appropriate licensure and is well positioned to accept new consumers into the variety of programs offered. Strong candidates will possess a Degree in management, business, social services, or a closely related field, and will have experience working with social service agencies. Experience in providing residential and job services to individuals with disabilities is preferred. Candidates with a background in staff selection, training, professional development and management of employees across diverse service delivery models are preferred. Strong candidates will have senior management background a nd a record of innovation and success working with various stakeholders. The successful candidate must have strong multitasking skills including the ability to manage many projects simultaneously, and to cope with potentially high levels of stress.The position provides a competitive salary (up to $50,000 depending on experience) and excellent benefits that include group health and life insurance, a 401K program, and sick and vacation time.
