Job Description:
Leader in home furnishings textile Industry is seeking a candidate to assist with our Customer Service / Import desk.
Required Skills
•Detail oriented.
•Excellent written and verbal skills
•Ability to multi-task and handle a fast paced work environment.
•Interest in learning about the textile/home furnishing industry and in becoming an important long term member of our staff.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Daily communication with overseas suppliers and showrooms regarding the status of orders
•Follow-up with customers to resolve problems and answer questions
•Entry of Sales Orders, Quotations, Invoices and Purchase orders
•Prepare packing documents for outgoing shipments
•Tracking and monitoring status of orders with both vendors and showrooms to ensure that all orders are on schedule.
Computer Knowledge:
Excel, Word, Quickbooks
Education:
Minimum 2 Years of College or 2 years general business or office experience.

Compensation:
