Job Description:
Prepare our client's monthly invoices in accounts receivable, post payments to accounts receivable, enter bills into accounts payable, process payroll, prepare payroll tax filings and deposits, reconcile bank accounts. Other duties as needed.
Must possess knowledge of basic accounting principles. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
Be able to follow verbal and written instructions, demonstrate flexibility in day-to-day activities, strong attention to detail, exhibit good organizational skills, a good attitude and willingness to learn.
