Job Description:

Administrative duties for Contracts Administration Dept in fast-paced corporate office environment. Use multi-line phone system, computer, printer, fax, copier, scanner. Draft correspondence & revise contract documents (type & format); create spreadsheets & graphics presentations, update resume file database. Assist with large bid projects, organize binders, tabs & project files. Schedule appointments; online travel arrangements. Receptionist backup: courteously/competently answer/route phone calls, file, copy, distribute faxes & postal mail, perform work-related errands. 50-60 WPM. Very proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Internet; familiar with Windows operating system. Organized, detail-oriented, energetic, quick-to-learn, able to prioritize & multi-task. Strong work ethic, mature, dependable, must maintain confidentiality, courteous. Capable of individual & collaborative assignments. Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency testing & background check conducted prior to employment.
