The agent will be responsible for making contacts and appointments with businesses that require local, long distance and Internet services. A senior sales representative will then accompany them on the appointment to close the deal. Upon a sale, the lead agent will then be paid 100% of the sale.

Additional Notes:

• Lead agent to generate appointment.
• Training provided.
• 100% commissions on sale, 150% commissions after 5 sales a month.
• Work 20 hours a week and have potential to make up to $2-5K a month.

Your responsibilities will include scheduling of classes enrolling students and assigning instructors, answering phones, customer service, generating invoices an assisting with basic accounting. On a typical day you may be setting up our in house training room, including making coffee and putting out snacks and checking the toilet paper. You will be moving some desks and computers around and installing software to prepare for the next days business. At the end of the day you may be cleaning up after that day’s class.

This is a very small company and you must bring an ownership mentality every day.

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Define and execute marketing plan and campaigns with input from Sales Managers for each product program and President.

* Manage marketing budget of all product programs.

The Regional Director is the terminal management leader in the local area reporting directly to the Executive Director and Company President. This position is responsible for directing all aspects of providing services to 60+ individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings, as such work after normal business hours and on weekends may be required to complete the assigned job responsibilities. The Regional Director is responsible for ensuring that company policy, state rules, and best practices are followed in providing contracted services. The Regional Director has primary responsibility for the supervision of administrative and supervisory staff, and for the delivery of services to consumers in our program. Services include Residential Habilitation programs, Job placement programs, Family Support and Respite programs, and Supported Living Programs. The Regional Director is responsible to ensure that the fiscal health of the local agency is maintained, and that contracted services paid for by the State of Utah are provided according to policy. Strong candidates will possess a Degree in management, business, social services, or a closely related field, and will have experience working with social service agencies.
