Chicago data company needs sales AE for innovative new direct marketing product. This end-to-end product is a new solution for clients looking to reach new mover market. Unique product/solution has competitive advantages unmatched in industry. Local and national clients, including retail, home improvement, gyms, home services, telecommunications, etc. Need people who love to sell and love the thrill of the hunt. Base salary plus graduated commissions determined by individual and corporate performance. Huge earning potential with growing company. Fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Report to VP, New Business Initiatives. Downtown location.
Qualifications:
B.A. degree strongly preferred, MBA desirable. 3-7 years’ sales experience. Radio/media/ad sales or experience with direct marketing sales a plus. Proven track record of meeting revenue goals. Need self-starter, forward thinker who is smart, flexible and results-oriented.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect and close clients in key target industries using salesforce.com
• Identify new consumer and B2B opportunities through research and moxie
• Understand prospect and client needs and coordinate internal resources to create solutions
• Attend trade shows and on-site client meetings as needed
• Manage ongoing client relationships
• Direct the implementation and management of innovative client direct mail campaigns
