Project Coordinator / Job Captain

This Project Coordinator/Job Captain has excellent management and production skills necessary to coordinate a variety of Design/Build DOD projects in California, Nevada and Arizona, including offices, housing, and specialty operations facilities.

Qualifications / Experience
The ideal candidate:

Must have good production skills and excellent people skills for interfacing with clients, contractors, and engineers.

Must be able to manage multiple projects.

CAD fluency essential, CAD 2007, Revit, 3-D Modeling Experience A+.

Preferred candidates will meet the following requirements:
- B.A. in architecture, engineering or related field

- 3 to 5 years of project management experience

- 6 to 8 years of D.O.D. commercial construction experience.
