Position Title: Software Support Manager
Salary Range: 80k
Location: Nassau-Suffolk, New York, USA
Description: Responsibilities: Manage a Help Desk support team for one of our software product divisions; Oversee policies and procedures regarding resolution of client issues; Manage staff to ensure issues are identified, documented and corrected.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 5-7 years of relevant work experience, at least 2 years of which are as a Manager; Excellent computer skills and written/verbal communication skills.
A Plus: Healthcare Industry IT experience
Compensation: Base salary plus bonus and potentially stock options
