Job Description:

REQUIRED:

7-10 years as a maintenance engineering professional in production operations with a
proven track record in maintenance management

3-5 yrs experience leading an engineering/maintenance organization in a manufacturing plant

A degree in engineering (electrical, civil, mechanical, chemical, packaging, etc.) or another technical field is required.

Experience in asset maintenance management

Demonstrated leadership skills

Capital project management experience on asset replacement and upgrade

Experience in supporting major capital capacity upgrades or strategic capital investment

Basic understandings of the following disciplines:

Project Management
Computer based preventative maintenance system (prefer MAXIMO)
Financial understanding (budget process, cost control, cost accounting)
Industrial mechanical understanding (power transmission, electrical controls)
Safety passion, with record and accomplishments

DESIRED:

First line supervisory experience of skilled trades desired

Consumer goods packaging experience

Fluids/chemicals/ petro-chemical process area maintenance and engineering expertise.
