Position Summary and Essential Functions:

Primary responsibilities include recruitment, retention and account management for mortgage originators and originators of other financial services products offered by the Opportunity Finance Network.. The Senior Associate will support the Senior Vice President, Financial Services in her efforts to build new origination systems and networks and deliver resources and technical assistance to originators.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruit, retain and manage a network of 30 to 60 mortgage originators as well as originators of other real estate based financing products.
2. Coordinate and deliver training for originators.
3. Assist originators with securing appropriate licenses.
4. Coordinate the delivery of loan origination system technology to originators.
5. Coordinate delivery to and implementation by originators of marketing and lead generation materials.

9. Provide technical assistance to originators as requested.
10. Solve problems in an expedient and efficient manner to the satisfaction of the originators
11. Collect and manage a database of resources and information that advance the business interest of originators
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or 9 years work experience required; MBA or graduate degree a plus
2. 3-5 years professional experience in financial services account management required; mortgage experience preferred;
3. Significant experience in account management and customer service required
4. Experience in an analytical capacity required
5. Experience working with both nonprofits and for-profits is a plus

This busy QS-9000 manufacturing facility is in need of another Manufacturing Engineer with extensive multiple spindled screw machine experience. To be considered, you must be capable of taking a part print to finished product, as you will be handling new product introduction and working with customers on new product launches. Your background must include at least 3 years experience with multiple spindled screw machines such as Acme and Davenport, and your engineering experience must include developing the processes, machining layouts and tooling, project management, PPAP’s, and FMEA’s. SUMMARY STATEMENT
Perform machine work on parts to blueprints specifications whether by automatic or hand feed. Make adjustments and change tooling as required. Inspect product for quality both visually and with the use of measuring instruments.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Loading: Load parts into fixtures by automatic or hand feed.

2. Adjustments: Make adjustments to fixtures and tooling as required. Replace worn tooling or components as necessary.

3. Inspection: Inspect product for quality using micrometer, caliper, gauges, and/or visual inspection. Conform to all print parameters and process procedures.

4. Communication: Inform supervision of process needs and any production problems. Keep accurate count of production parts, scrap, and labor hours.

5. Tooling: Report tool problems and machine problems as necessary. Work with supervision and team members to alleviate problems and implement solutions.

8. Safety: Maintain safe work area and environment, complying with all safety requirements.

9. Teamwork: Maintain positive atmosphere of teamwork with all employees.

10. Perform special assignments and duties as required.

Work Hours
1st shift: Mon - Thurs, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
2nd shift: Mon - Thurs, 4:30 pm - 3:00 am

Requirements

1. Previous Experience with Multislide Machines

2. Basic math and English skills
