Job Description:
-Personally originate a minimum of $1,000,000 per month in new mortgage loans.
-Coach each LO on team to originate an average minimum of $600,00 p/m; $3,000,000 p/m for the team
-Conduct a daily/weekly review of actual team performance against team plan - include team actions to improve
-Develop and act on individual performance plans - your own and for every individual team member.
-Proactively recruit, train and lead a team of up to 5-15 Field Mortgage Originators
-Employee turnover expectation - less than 40% annually
-Manage to established expense budget
