EXECUTIVE CONSULTANT WITH ONEACCORD
OneAccord is a new concept in alignment with macro changes in the market for the senior executive-- a career management structure designed to help senior sales & marketing executives build a career legacy, while generating significant wealth through both income and equity ownership.
We are a collaborative team of seasoned executives, whose expertise provides results driven consulting to optimize our clients' Top-Line revenue performance. OneAccord's Team Members present a wide diversity of functional Sales and Marketing expertise across multiple industry verticals.
OneAccord is based in Bellevue, WA with 10 offices across North America. The firm’s expansion plans are currently focused on domestic US locations, primarily Southern California, Denver, Chicago, Dallas / Austin, Atlanta / Nashville, Bay Area (CA), Salt Lake, Miami, Washington DC, and NY / NJ.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & SKILLS
-Highly experienced in creating, managing and developing world-class sales organizations, built on a “Culture of Revenue Generation”- continually stimulating excellence and achieving high performance in alignment with corporate objectives.
-Ability to develop a comprehensive revenue generation structure that drives measurement and accountability of results by providing the tactical management tools for consistent revenue generation.
-Purpose-driven and collaborative problem solvers with many years of real world leadership and management experience who are dedicated to helping our clients maximize their revenue potential.
-Implement a comprehensive sales strategy with clearly defined critical success factors.
-Proven background of delivering high impact results.
-Detailing the client organization and developing a specific strategy for action.
-Create and maintain a high degree of customer loyalty.
-Senior-level experience in Sales and/or Marketing strongly desired.
Salary is DOE; this position focuses on project and interim based consulting.
