Box Office ManagerFull time, 12-month position available immediately.
Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of a growing tickets sales operation (generating and processing approx. $1.4million in earned and contributed income, with over 40,000 patrons served each Summer); train, supervise and motivate box office, telemarketing and group sales staff; develop budget, sales projections and reports; in coordination with Producing Artistic Director generate year-round communication with subscribers and single ticket buyers; responsible for overseeing the processing of Group sales & telemarketing orders and donations; create and manage relationships with external ticket venues, concierge associations, box offices; recommend new sales initiatives, establish policy, ensure accuracy; manage list generation, coordinate House Managers; update phone messages Qualifications: Proven track record with ticketing software, e-mail marketing, excel and word, and supervising a staff. The successful candidate will posses a love for a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, have excellent verbal and written skills, and have a desire and ability to "make things better." Must be able to work evenings and weekends during the Summer Season June - September. EOE. Salary commensurate with experience.
