Job Description:
Ensures HSSE / ethics compliance in all third party activities. Maintains 98% in full on time (IFOT) shipping performance. Monitors warehouse inventory levels. Monitors, audits, and approves invoices against contractual terms for payment of services rendered and forwards to accounts payable. Establishes and monitors inventory levels at regional distribution sites and ensures stock levels do not exceed targets. Maintains the accuracy of inventory records and cycle count programs and resolves discrepancies with distributors and blenders. Assists the Logistics Coordinates to ensure that customer requirements are fully met. Ensures that all related supply and distribution costs are current in the system. Requirements include a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 5 years of service / supply management experience in the marine or related industry. A good working understanding of best practices in supply chain management, procurement, operations, management, engineering, organization, manufacturing, planning, inventory control, systems, safety, warehousing, and distribution.
