Job Description:
Our client is in need of a Quality Manager with experience in CMM operation and high volume CNC machining applications. You will be responsible for overseeing 2 engineers and inspectors, shop floor support, and gauging and inspection of first parts, as well as all necessary documentation required for this ISO-9000 certified manufacturing facility. Hands on knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Corrective Actions, and APQP is required. Experience within a CNC machining facility producing medical, aerospace and consumer products is preferred, due to the stringent regulations. This company is offering a competitive wage and benefits package. Our client prefers candidates local to the Chicago area, but will consider all qualified applicants willing to relocate themselves.
