Job Description:
Our client, a well established precision machining company, is seeking a Plant / Operations Manager for its Illinois facility. Background should include experience managing a Swiss CNC / CNC machining facility. Responsibilities will include management of all Production, Quality, and Engineering personnel, as well as departmental budgeting. You must be a visionary with the ability to take the shop to the next level by implementing Continuous Improvement systems such as Lean Manufacturing, QS & TS Quality systems, 6-Sigma, and Kaizen and Kan Ban systems. A degreed individual is preferred, but not necessary.
