Manufacturing facility in TN is seeking a strong hands-on style Manufacturing Manager to oversee its CNC and multiple spindled screw machine division. Responsibilities for this position include new product job quoting, product introduction and launches, production scheduling, and meeting delivery dates. Qualified individuals must have at least 5 years experience managing a department, along with hands-on experience doing set ups, machine layouts, tooling, and troubleshooting in a high volume multi-spindled screw machine environment. Experience with Davenport, Acme, and/or Gildemeister, New Britain, or Wickman multiple spindled screw machines is required. Our client is looking for a quality minded individual who is a team player with a “coach and mentoring” style management approach.
