This 40 year old company manufacturing motion control products is currently seeking a Cold Heading Specialist for its facility. This facility currently runs several National Cold Heading machines, and is looking to expand that department throughout the next few years. Due to a retirement, our client is seeking someone with a strong Cold Heading background to help continue the growth of that department. Your responsibilities will include set up and operation, process troubleshooting, development of new parts, capital equipment justifications, installation of new equipment, maintenance, and some supervision and training of departmental employees.
