Job Description:
Our client is seeking a CNC Shop Superintendent / Shop Manager for its manufacturing facility in Central GA. You must have previous shop management experience, coupled with a CNC machining background. This position requires an individual with heavy personnel and technical skills, as you will be responsible for keeping shop personnel happy and working productively. You will be responsible for coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Production Control, and Human Resources. Your duties will also include scheduling production and solving technical problems with the machines. Training employees will also be a very important aspect of this position. A degreed individual is preferred. Company is offering an excellent wage and benefits package, including relocation assistance, if needed.
