Sales Manager - USA

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue customers in specific market segments.
- Present new products to potential and existing customers to solicit business.
- Represent customer needs and requirements internally to product management and other stakeholders.
- Analyze customers' business models to identify opportunities and growing existing deals.
- Provide ongoing reports on product information, customer feedback and pertinent business and marketplace issues.
- Travel to customer locations on an as needed basis throughout USA region.

Technical Skills:
- 3 years of sales or account management experience in industrial products especially in bearings industries.
- Understanding of customer business and product requirements, and ability to appropriately NIS products to meet customer needs.
- Ability to process complex requirements and business situations into opportunities to generate revenue and drive strategic objectives.

Professional SKills:
- Exceptional customer service skills required; candidates must be able to establish and grow relationships with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely, coordinate with HQ in distributed locations and escalate visibility of key issues as required.
- Proficient in assessing customer needs.
- Understanding of an demonstrated ability to execute the sales process.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid and high growth environment.
- Must be highly motivated professional with a high degree of integrity and creativity.
- Proven track record of sales experience with outstanding success relative to goals and objectives.
- A Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field is required.
- Fluency in English is required.
